Change the brake pads
Replacing the brake pads on a Mk6 is an easy job, yet Ford seem to charge the earth for it. You may want to use copper grease in order to prevent squeaks and rattling. This can be pasted onto the back of the brake pad and the side of it, not the actual pad itself though.
